Life...

Wow, it has been so long since I have gotten on here. To be honest getting back on here makes me miss updating. I get so off track when Cole was little and then it just got tought to make myself get back to blogging. I have started "couponing" lately and I am loving the money I am saving. There are so many couponing mom's that blog and so many sites that have great information and tools that I finally found my boost to get back into blogging.

Thats enough about the couponing... onto the important piece of my life... my family. Cole is doing wonderful! He has gotten so big and I can't believe he will be one the 28th of Oct. It has passed by so quickly. From "sun tanning" our first day home to our first MSU football game. He is just amazing. Full of personality and life. I can't image life without him and I am so thankful for every moment we get to share with him.

Cole: three months old

View Project at Shutterfly

Here are some pics...

We had an at home photo shoot. It was so much fun. He was feeling good and just ham'n it up for the camera. I know the first one is not the best picture ever but he looks mischievous and a lot like jake to me. I love it.

We are still alive... i promise

Jacob, Cole, and I are all doing good. Life has gotten so busy lately. Cole is growing so quickly I wish I could have a photo shoot every week. With every inch he grows his personality grows every bigger too. He has fallen in love with his first two fingers. He tickles me when he will have his passy in his mouth and wiggles his two fingers in on one side while keeping his passy on the other side. He loves his little playgym thing and although he can only touch the floor when on his tippy toes, he really enjoys his jumperoo. I really need to take a picture of him in it that way i can so "uncle" Ryan.

By the way to any new mom that knows me, I just want to say I read the book Babywise and started putting it to action. It has made our world so much better. Cole is doing really well on a schedule and during his awake time of the day he is even more alert and playful. But the best part for me is that since the 3rd night of the plan he has been sleeping through the night. Yay!!

Although i know the ice storm is over. I do want to say that God truly took care of us during it. We live out in what most people call the country, we only lost power for about 8 hours. Just about the time the house got cold it came back on. I was so thankful. We knew we would have no heat if we didn't have power and thank God Cole never got cold. So praise God!
